Our footwear is designed to fit true to size. We recommend selecting the size you would normally wear. If you're between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for the most comfortable fit. If you're still unsure, please refer to our Size Guide or contact our team. Do I need to wear in the Fløps?
Yes. We recommend gradually wearing in a new pair of Primals. As a natural material, cork slowly moulds to the unique shape of your feet, creating a more personalised fit with optimal structure and support. Wear them for a few hours at a time during the first few days to allow your feet to adjust and help prevent discomfort or blisters. Over time, your Primals will become even more comfortable as they conform to your foot.
How long does it take to ship?
Orders are processed every weekday by our fulfillment partner, Werkom, a social workplace in the Netherlands that provides meaningful employment opportunities for people with a distance to the labour market.
Once dispatched, deliveries within Europe typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Shipments to destinations outside the European Union generally take 3–5 business days, depending on local customs clearance and import procedures.
